Chris co-founded Alder Point in 2022 leads the Firm’s Investment Committee and investor relations functions, in addition to deal sourcing and underwriting. Chris is an investor and executive who has managed impact investing portfolios since 2010, previously serving as CIO and CEO of New Island Capital Management.

Brad joined Alder Point in 2026 and supports the firm’s development and acquisition of new investment opportunities. He has over six years of experience in investing and asset management, with a background spanning multiple asset classes and functional roles.

Jessamine co-founded Alder Point in 2022 and leads investments in farmland and timberland, serving on the firm’s Investment Committee, while also leading the firm’s impact, ESG, compliance, and human resources. She has over 15 years of experience in real assets and impact-oriented investing.

Catherine joined Alder Point in 2026 and supports the firm’s fundraising, communications, and relationship management. She has over 10 years of experience in donor relations and communications, with a background spanning multiple sectors, and a focus on environmental and climate-related work.

Spenser co-founded Alder Point in 2022 and leads investments in farmland and timberland, serving on the firm’s Investment Committee, while also leading the firm’s internal operations and asset management functions. He has over 12 years of experience across real asset investing and asset management.
